Services
The Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency offers the following services:
- Transfer Station: Contractors, businesses, and residents with
more than two cubic yards of waste (truckload) can bring waste to
any of the County's two regional transfer stations. See the Hours
of Operation page for location and hours of operation.
- Roll-Off Rentals and transportation: Available for construction
and demolition debris, renovations, and cleanups in Ulster County
from ten (10) to thirty (30) cubic yards..
- Recycling Services: Scrap metal (including appliances and tires) can be brought to the Agency regional transfer stations. Other recyclables including cardboard, newspaper, glass, tin, plastic, office paper, junk mail, etc. can be brought to the Agency Material Recovery Facility on 999 Flatbush Road, Kingston located near the Rhinecliff Bridge.
