Contractors, businesses, and residents with more than 2 cubic yards of waste (truckload) can bring waste to any of the County's two regional transfer stations.

The Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency is a COMMERCIAL facility, however we do accomodate residential vehicles on SATURDAYS ONLY.

The hours of operation are as follows:

 

Cars will NOT be allowed into the facility Monday thru Friday
New Paltz:	Clearwater Road off Route 32, 3 miles north of village Mon-Fri 7:00AM to 4:00PM, Sat 7:00AM to 11:00AM Last load in at 3:45 (Sat 10:45): Any vehicles in after 3:45 (Sat 10:45) will not be weighed in. View Map
Ulster:	999 Flatbush Road off Route 32 just south of Route 199 overpass Mon-Sat 7:00AM to 2:30PM Last load in at 2:15 Any vehicles in after 2:15 will not be weighed in. View Map
MRF:	999 Flatbush Road, Kingston Mon - Fri 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
