Electronics Recycling

Town of Hurley - Accepts electronics from all Ulster County Residents at the Transfer Station located on Dug Hill Road every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am-3pm.

City of Kingston - Accepts electronics from City residents at the transfer station located off Route 32, Monday through Friday 7am-2pm

Town of Marbletown - Accepts electronics from Town residents at the transfer station located on Canal Road in High Falls. Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am-4pm.

Town of Saugerties - Accepts electronics at the transfer station located off Route 212; Tuesday through Saturday from 7am-3pm

Town of Shawangunk - Accepts electronics from Town residents at the transfer station located on River Road. Wednesday from 9am - 2:30pm and Saturday from 8am to 3:30pm.

Town of Wawarsing - Accepts electronics at the transfer station located on Landfill Road, Tuesday thru Saturday from 7am - 4pm.

The UCRRA will be sponsoring electronic collection days and there are two municipalities that collect at separate locations for their residents.

EARTH DAY 2006 - April 22nd (123 participants) 8 tons collected!

Town of Wawarsing Transfer Station - June 10th 2006 (100 participants) 5 tons collected.

Town of Ulster (Kingston) - October 14th 2006 (149 participants) 11 tons collected

  1. April 23, 2005: Kingston, NY at 999 Flatbush Rd/Route 32 from 8am -1pm (109 Participants)
  2. April 23, 2005:Woodstock, NY at Andy Lee Field on Rock City Road from 8am-1pm (40 Participants)
  3. May 21, 2005: Wallkill, NY:8:30-1:30pm (45 Participants)
  4. June 18, 2005: New Paltz, NY at Clearwater Rd from 7:00am - 11:00am (26 Participants)
  5. October 8, 2005 (FINAL EVENT OF THE YEAR!): Kingston, NY at 999 Flatbush Rd/Route 32 from (to be announced with HHW Collection)

Please call ahead for an appointment at (845) 336-3336. There is a $5.00 fee per household. Ulster County residents only.

No business or institutional electronics will be accepted at specified collection days. Collections days are for household generated electronics only. Large quantities and/or commerically generated electronics must make special arrangements with a private contractor who is a state licensed electronics dismantler.
