The Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency held an Annual Business Meeting on
January 7, 2004 at 999 Flatbush Avenue, Kingston, NY.

Roll call for the January 7, 2004 Annual meeting was at 2:37 pm.

The following Board members were present: James Craven, James Pirro and Andrew Ghiorse.
Jay Hogan arrived at 2:45 and Barney Hansen was absent.

Also present was: Charles P. Shaw, Executive Director; Frank Tomaseski, Controller; Stephen J. Wing, Esq., Agency Attorney; Kelly Utter, Executive Secretary; Frank LaVardera, CHA and Michael Bemis, Director of Operations and Safety.

MOTION to close nominations and to elect slate of officers as nominated was made by James Craven and seconded by James Pirro. Three in favor. None opposed. Two Absent (Hogan, Hansen).

ESTABLISH REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETING DATE:

The regular monthly Board meeting date was set for 1st Wednesday at 3:00pm of each month.

MOTION to set monthly Board meeting was made by James Pirro and seconded by Jay Hogan. Four in favor; none opposed; one absent. (Hansen)

ADJOURN:

MOTION to adjourn the January 7, 2004 Annual Meeting at 2:45pm was made by Andrew Ghiorse and seconded by Jay Hogan. Four in favor. None opposed. One absent (Hansen).
