ULSTER COUNTY RESOURCE RECOVERY AGENCY
MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL BOARD MEETING
on January 19, 2005

The Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency held an Annual Business Meeting on January 19, 2005 at 999 Flatbush Avenue, Kingston, NY.

Roll call for the January 19, 2005 Annual meeting was at 2:30 pm.

The following Board members were present: James Craven, Kevin Roberts, Catherine Nilsen, Arnold Bernardini and Dennis Helm.

Also present was: Charles P. Shaw, Executive Director; Frank Tomaseski, Controller; Stephen J. Wing, Esq., Agency Attorney; Kelly Utter, Executive Secretary; Frank LaVardera, CHA and Michael Bemis, Director of Operations and Safety.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

2004 chairman James Craven turned the meeting over to Charles Shaw (Executive Director and Secretary) to accept nominations for 2005 officers.

MOTION to close nominations and to elect slate of officers as nominated was made by Dennis Helm and seconded by James Craven . Five in favor. None opposed.

ESTABLISH REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETING DATE:

The regular monthly Board meeting date was set for 3nd Wednesday of each month at 3:00pm.

MOTION to set monthly Board meeting was made by Kevin Roberts and seconded by Dennis Helm. Five in favor; none opposed.

ADJOURN:

MOTION to adjourn the January 19, 2005 Annual Meeting at 2:45pm was made by Dennis Helm and seconded by Catherine Nilsen. Five in favor. None opposed.
